Morgan Family 1965-1967

The Morgan family emigrated from South Wales to Australia in October 1965. They travelled there by air on the BOAC 707 and they stayed at Unanderra Hostel for just over 2 years.
The Morgan family consists of:
Father Fred Morgan, mother Margaret, son Pete who was 9 and sister Anne who was 6 at the time. They lived on G Block. Fred worked at the steelworks and Pete and Anne went to Port Kembla School.
Although they were only in Australia for a couple of years they really enjoyed the time there. They came back to England late 1967 on the Ellinis the sister ship of the Australis.
